Forums for Collaboration

Although elected officials often talk about working together across party lines, there are not always opportunities available to do so. Our forums provide a unique setting where elected officials can discuss techniques and lessons learned regarding how to best represent the public, and also team up to launch new joint initiatives. These forums play an especially important role among lower-level and party-based officials because other forums where such opportunities are rare and the learning curve for newly elected officials can be the greatest.
